Confidence chapt: 2

Chapter two:


At the bank The hooded figure stood in the center of the bank room surrounded by flying money getting sucked into a small box that he had in his hand.
The titans all ran in and stopped. The figure looked up and the money fell to the ground.
"I have been expecting all of you."
Robin didn't hesitate, he quickly yelled "Titans Go!"
Starfire flew forward as fast as she could and shoot a beam from her eyes at the figure.
He didn't move, He just stood there, not even a scratch.
Raven covered him in a back haze and raised him off the ground, but he quickly forced himself back to the ground with a jerk knocking Raven off her feet. She flew backwards Shutting her eyes tight braising her self for the harsh landing, but instead she felt was someone catch her to stop her fall and slowly lower her to the ground. Their arms felt strong and comforting. She lifted her eye lids to see a familiar green face that was looking feircly at the man in the hood. His eyebrows narrowed. He looked serious for once.
"...thanks." she said slightly blushing, She had never seen Beastboy this way before.
" don't mention it." He answered in voice that made Raven heart flutter. Then eminently morphed into a tiger and charging at the figure.
Raven watched him run blushing insanely, but She quickly placed her hand over her heart and took a deep breath.
"not now Raven" she said to herself.
Beastboy through her claws at the hooded man but dodged every attack, then hit the animal in the jaw that sent Beastboy flying into a wall morphing him back into his normal self.
Robin through a few punches at the man but missed every time then like Beastboy was shoot backwards by a smack of the villain.
"Just to let you all know, you may want to watch out for this."
He opened the small box and pointed it at cyborg. A blast of energy shot a red Beam at him. He let out a scream of pure pain. Falling to his knees He began to drift towards the box.
" Cyborg!" Robin yelled.
He ran over followed by the rest of the team and tried to hold him back but it was to strong, they began to get sucked in with him.
"sorry, only one passenger per ride."
At that moment a giant stone creature emerged from the walls and came running at them and pulled them to the ground.
They fell hitting the ground hard.
When They got up each of them felt dizzy and tired. They looked up just in time to hear one last terrified scream from Cyborg before he vanished into the box.
"Cyborg!" Robin Yelled
"No use is calling for him, He can't hear you." The man replied with a tone of pleasure.
"Bring him Back!" Beastboy screamed
"I can't, only some one with a pure heart can bring them back, I do not have such a heart." He gave a evil smile from under his hood.
The Team found it hard to get up for a few seconds.
" what happened to us?" Raven asked.
" The stone creature takes away your energy when it touches you, clever isn't it."
       The stone giant began to run at the rest of the team. They split up, each trying to draw it away from one another, but the rock figure ran for only starfire, She tried to fly around the room but hit a dead end and was blocked into a corner. She felt a cold hand Grab her arm for only seconds, but enough energy was sucked from her to fall to her knees. She heard a familiar voice.
"Starfire!"
It was Robin, He leaped in her direction and pushed her out of harms way as the bright stream hit him.
He gave a out a loud Yell of pain and collapsed to the ground.
"Robin!" She screamed
She had just enough strength to drag herself to him.
"Robin!" She said holding up his head.
"Starfire." He said faintly.
"yes?" a tear trickled down her face.
" I...I love you." Then he disappeared into the box.
Starfire looked at her empty hands which just a second ago held Robins body.
Her hands clenched into fists. Her eyes began to glow with hatred. Then She let out a shirk like no other and charged at the man with tears running down her face. The man looked scared, but for only a second, as he waved his hand and another stone creature appeared in front of her, but she punched right through it hitting the man's head so hard it knocked him onto the ground but he didn't let go of the box.
" you will Bring him Back! You will!"  Beastboy and raven countiued to tried to block off the first stone monster but they could hear starfires voice. It was shattered and hurt. She had never felt this way before. She kicked the mans head and body. As he rolled over spiting blood, the monster that Starfire just destroyed reached its shattered arm up from its remains and grabbed her foot. It started to rebuild it self, and as it did so Starfires energy lessened but her rage did not.
"NO!" She screamed one Last time as the bright light hit her.
"STARFIRE!" Beastboy and raven Screamed as Starfire vanished as well.
